Here are the boys in their matching pj's for christmas morning.
Here's our tree before they come in.Gabe asked Santa for a "big boy bike". So that's what Santa got him. It's a pretty neat little bike. It's called a glide and ride. It comes with no pedals so he can learn to balance on it first and just ride along by pushing with his feet. It comes with the pedals detached and later you can add the pedals when he's ready. Caleb got a build-a-bear dressed in a Navy uniform.

This is a tradition we started a couple years ago. We "wrap" the doorway to the tree on Christmas morning so we can have breakfast, read the Christmas story, and do stockings all without being destracted by the tree gifts. Then when we're ready Gabe tears through the paper to see the tree. He loved it this year. I think it took him 5 minutes to realize there was a bike under the tree because he was so excited about ripping down the paper.
Here's Mike reading the christmas story to us.
Here he is trying out his new bike.
Here's Caleb giving Grandpa and Gabe a smile (on purpose).
We took the boys to the Children's Museum on Christmas Eve since it was a "free" day. Gabe, as always, had a fun time.

The weekend before Christmas (I know I'm going in reverse order, it's how the pictures loaded and I didn't want to take the time to reverse them) we went to Wapakaneta, Ohio for Christmas with Mike's extended family.
Above is a picture of Gabe with Mike's cousin Caity. He really enjoyed time with her and her sister Mandi.
I think this is just a great picture. This is Mandi's (Mike's other cousin) husband Tim. It looks like neither of them are too sure of the other in this picture. Mandi and Tim don't have any kids yet, but we're all hoping they will soon!
