March wrap-up

Here are pictures from Chuck E Cheese. Gabe had a blast. His cousin Hayden got to join him having fun (also Brody, Candy, & Ken). Gabe was very excited to have Hayden there! Above is a "self portrait"

We also met Mike's parent's to go to a Dinosaur Exhibit which Gabe thought was awesome.

That same weekend we visited Tia Julie (Aunt Julie, but she's a spanish teacher and likes to be called Tia).


That same weekend Mike and I also got to go to IKEA finally!!! It's about 5 minutes away from Ann & Al's house now for about a year and we've only gotten to go once! We love IKEA and finally found some time to go!

We love SPRING!!!

We've all been sick with a pretty nasty cold in the last couple weeks (which is why this blog hasn't been updated in a while). I think we may all be over it finally. We're so happy to see spring! Mike is on spring break this week, so we are all excited to have him home all week! We're not sure if we're going to do or go anywhere special yet. We do have plans to go to Chuck E. Cheese tomorrow to celebrate Gabe going 2 weeks without accidents during the day! It's not been 14 days strait, he did have 1 accident last week, but we decided to continue the sticker chart until he had a total of 14 days instead of 2 straight weeks. Maybe we'll work on 2 straight weeks sometime soon. He is so excited to go!!!!

Gabe has been dying to play outside all winter. Now it is finally warm enough to go out to play. He asks everyday! Caleb seems to enjoy it also. He usually just takes everything in and watches Gabe play. Sometimes he'll even fall asleep while we're out without even fussing.

He's Gabe playing t-ball. He's actually doing pretty good with it now.

Gabe loves to go visit Great Grandma! Of course, she loves it when we can come and visit. I think he wears her out everytime we are there. He likes to play hide n seek with her so he runs her all over the house.

Update on potty training

I just wanted to post an update on Gabe's potty training. He's been doing pretty good now for over a month. In the past 2 weeks he's only had a few accidents during the day. He's doing better about telling us when he feels he needs to go instead of us telling him to go all the time. We even go on errands now without putting him in a pull up and, so far, he hasn't had an accident while we're out. He's still in a pull up at night, I'm not sure when we'll try the night time training. I'm just exstatic that he's doing so well during the day!!!
